Popular 2010s indie rock band the Beths have added a new date to their massive U.S. tour. The announcement follows high demand for the first North Carolina show, which sold out quickly. The added date was shared via Instagram on Wednesday, and fans are thrilled.
The Beths first announced their U.S. tour on January 13, following the release of their fourth studio album, Straight Line Was a Lie, in August. Supported by '90s rock band Spoon, the U.S. leg is slated to commence on May 22 for the BottleRock Music Festival and will travel to an additional 22 cities for a mix of headlining shows and festival appearances.
The June 18 Carrboro, North Carolina, show has sold out, so the band added an additional show on June 17. Access to general admission tickets for the added show is now available through the Beths' website.

The Beths Added Tour Date
June 17 — Carrboro, North Carolina — Cat's Cradle.
The Beths was formed in 2015 by vocalist and songwriter Elizabeth Stokes and guitarist Jonathan Pearce while they were studying Jazz at the same university. Bassist Benjamin Sinclair and drummer Tristan Deck later joined to complete the band's lineup. The Beths released their debut album, Future Me Hates Me, in 2018, where they established their indie rock sound and garnered critical acclaim. Since then, the band has released three more studio albums, supporting them with several international tours.
